Our factory has established a special technical R&D department and has a technical R&D team with rich education and rich experience and strong innovation capabilities. We currently has 10 professional and technical personnel. The average age is around 40 years old.

Our  factory focuses on the recruitment and training of talents. We  has long recruited technical R&D personnel and continuously enriched the R&D team. At the same time, We will conduct regular professional training for existing talents, and will also arrange to organize observation and study in other companies, and continuously improve the professional knowledge and innovation capabilities of R&D personnel.

Our factory also attaches great importance to the research and development of new products, there are great investments in the research and development of new products Every year and have achieved great results.

We have Eleven  Production lines for wear liner  and conveyor accesories ，As usual our production time is within three weeks upon receipt order . Our factory have stock for Standard ZTA Liner and could delivery immediately.

We have our own ceramic plant and rubber plant, quality control is carried out in the whole  production process.We also have our own ceramic and rubber laboratories to analyze and test the material.

We are able to produce wear liners and provide different wear solutions according to different applications and requirements. Custom-made products are available.
